Planning to visit Jianxian's humble abode

Hi all, am following up with the JB trip mentioned at dinner last Sunday. Yes, I know, this is so unlike our dear Mr Kwek who only talks about such stuff. ;p

Jianxian would be available after August. I propose either 3rd or 24th Sep 2011 (Sat). For those who are keen, could you drop me a note and tell me your preferred date (if any). I'll coordinate with JX and revert.

Bubble's Pre-nuptial Dinner

Lucky for us we have a food blogger in our midst else how many people would actually know that there is a Parco Marina Bay in Singapore?

As usual, had a roaring time reminiscing the past though it seems that everyone was kinda of suffering from some form of memory loss and that it took our combined effort to remember what Tech Comm topics we presented, which project team members we worked with and what the heck was the Feasibility Study module's name huh.

The picture on top says it all - our happy couple eagerly looking forward to their BIG day :)

Btw, they were not the only persons with auspicious news. Our dear fren has been hiding a bundle of joy in her tummy for some weeks now. Looks like another baby full month coming soon.

What to do... Shane made YX eat more burgers after her 2 month stay in US. Apparently, it was bcos e Chinese menu did not have "set" and he was hungry.

Topics for the night included the recent GE 2011 as well as an RCA on possible causes of a phone call being cut off.

Interesting to note that:

1. before you blame the maker of your phone
2. before you blame the telco of your phone plan
3. you need to look in the mirror :D

Wow, all the gals got so worried after listening to the sharing by Godwin's wife enduring the labour pain and conceiving Tanya without any 麻醉剂!!!

We tried to induct our new fren Juncheng to learn the E20 telepathy.

Yonghao had a great time recounting the story on how we managed to convince our amplifier teammate that we were watching porno VCDs rather than soldering his super big preamp PCBs... hahaha :D

we had a short gathering at TCC last weekend to catch up with our shanghai bubble =)
Although, YB had told us not to go home so early but age is catching up on all of us that we had to call it quits at 10pm.


I don't know if Yonghow is too cold or he simply miss our Mr cute and rich so much that he wanna stay close to him or is it because he wants to understand more from Mr cute and rich on how to go on 3 week business trip but just 1 week of working and 2 weeks of R&R.

Also to put the record straight, Yonghow is LOW basic income not NO basic income hor hor... =P

The little sweetie who stole the hearts of everyone at the table. Her most classic reply when the thick skin UNCLE YB who keep on telling her that he is GOR GOR....and Mummy Emily was correcting her to call him Uncle. She replied: "Mummy you are wrong, he is GOR GOR"

Fresh Blood joins class gathering!

Our dear Terrance has graduated and is also 放生from his old crazy boss so he jioed the class for a meet up at Ishi Mura Japanese Foodcourt at the ex Paradiz Centre.

Paradiz is now known as PoMo.

we had our dinner at the food court with updates from everyone and horror stories from Terrance about the work-until-siao people in his previous company. Now we know high pay plus do nothing is not enough, people will still leave the job! Yonghow got a 15k weekend car! Gasp!! Yong Wei is flying everywhere for his model plane business. Yonghui has another financial talk for women coming up on 12th June. Me and Xuan is just busy eating and continue to 败家O_o" . Yit Boon is still busy pimping himself.

Moved on to Killiney to have round 2. Cher Yap joined us for a while despite her busy schedule!

Chit chat a while before all the poor working people go home to rest.

Feb 2010, CNY gathering

Short and quick gathering at Bugis Soup spoon
The original plan was 730pm TCC. YM and I arrived earlier and decided to go to Soup Spoon for a quick dinner. Then we met Yonghow there who was supposed to meet YB earlier too....Then as we were in line for food, we saw YW with his wife there!

It seems that the E20 telepathy is still going on strong.

But it was fun especially we have to many "jing bao" news...
